Nokia
N97 Sim Free - The most popular mobile
option is Sim Free. Simply buy the handset and
put your own sim card in it. Sim Free Nokia
N97's are not locked to any network so they are
simple to use. We expect the Nokia N97 will be
on sale sim-free for prices in the region of
£550. At the moment there are no retailers
currently selling sim free Nokia N97s, however
we will update this page closer to the release
date.
Nokia N97 Pre
Pay (Pay & Go) - The Nokia N97 will not be
offered on Pre Pay (Pay & Go) initially,
although this could change during the 2009
recession. If the Nokia N97 was to be offered on
Pre Pay, we would expect it to be priced at
around £350 - a similar price to the Pay & Go
iPhone. We expect that if the Nokia N97 will go
on sale in the UK on pre-pay, then it will be
offered by O2, Orange and Vodafone. There is
also the possibility that Three may offer the
Nokia N97 on their network with T-Mobile keen to
release their handset also.
